"I love it"

"We got there late but they got us promptly checked in the gentleman behind the desk. That evening was really friendly. The next morning I watched an irrational customer being sectionally rude to the guy who happened to be behind the desk that morning who took it all in stride. It's very friendly and tried to be accommodating. The breakfast was okay. Normal fair for a hotel. Rooms were clean."

"Valarie (Bartender) and Chris (Executive Chef) fantastic! Otherwise our stay was fair at best. Our first room had a TV that didn't work properly and a bathtub that didn't drain properly, Second room didn't have two beds (which we needed). Third room had 2 beds and a working TV but the hairdryer did not work and we had a medium sized towel that had a shredded edge. How does that towel get washed, folded and put in a room without housekeeping seeing it? Chances are about 100% we will not be staying at this hotel again!"
