「The best thing that can be said about this property is that the property manager was adequately responsive to my texts, unfortunately, she was unable to correct the defects at this property.To begin, the code that they gave me for the lock was wrong. It took 20 minutes of my family waiting outside, for them to give me a code that would work.When we did get in the house we found it extremely dirty and in disrepair. There were dead and live insects in both bathrooms and in the downstairs bedrooms....

「The house is dirty, smells like mold. All of the couches and chairs are covered in stains and dirt. Went to try and sleep the first night and the sheets were not clean they were covered in human hair and dead bugs, had to use our own bedding. We spent the first two days of our stay cleaning this place, so we would feel comfortable.」

「House was very cozy, quiet and accommodating. Host was quick to communicate and effective at resolving any issues.」

「Communication was poor. Check-in information was kept secret until 15 minutes before check-in. We tried to shower upon arrival but couldn’t find towels. We eventually found a few in the dryer. We alerted owner that towels were limited (towels included and we didn’t want to be accused of stealing them). After several days, owner provided towels. My kids call this Spider House, as bugs were everywhere (despite roach bait on counters). We stayed here for a ball tournament. Fortunately we didn’t...

「Beautiful location, easy access to restaurants and stores. Well furnished with many kitchen and bath items that Hilton doesn’t provide. Owners that are exceptional in wanting our stay to be perfect. I will return to this location. Daughter and grandchildren loved it as well.」
