「The room was very clean and tidy. The staff was so helpful and courteous. The free breakfast was superior. The decor of the room was predominantly gray, with black and white pictures of bare trees in a stormy sky... Very artistic, but not much for peace and inspiration. The bathroom door sticks and won't completely close and the air conditioner fan was loud, and awakened me every time it kicked on. We had no washcloths upon arrival, but a call to the desk resulted in prompt delivery.」
