Harvey Hotel with Pool

"Great location in the middle of the French Quarter and easy access to lots of fun activities. Noisy outside late into the night. The rooms with balconies and windows on the front side of the hotel do not block the noisy people partying in the streets. Hotel had great vibes, it’s old and has a lot of great character."

"Rooms could’ve been a lot cleaner upon arrival. They state housekeeping comes every other day but we had to make several requests for them to come & when they did come they only exchanged towels & removed half the trash or only came the day before departure to clean after a 6 day stay."

"The hotel's beds and furniture were damaged and dirty. The door had a gap and it appeared to have been kicked in. The room had bugs. I observed the front desk manager trying to catch a cockroach with a sheet of paper while she had a line of guest. I definitely did not feel safe in this hotel."

"Hotel Mazarin exceeded our expectations. Every staff person we met was pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and very quiet considering how close we were to Bourbon Street. We were there four nights, and the only night we heard outside noise was on Friday. That had died down by midnight, so we were able to sleep peacefully even with a street view on the second floor. This place is like an oasis in a desert. You can be surrounded by all the high energy sights and sounds and yet escape to the quiet of the hotel. I would recommend this place for its convenience, cleanliness, and old-world feel. "
