“As stated in the listing, the property is convenient to most attractions in NO. It is roomy and clean. The only issue we had was control of the temperature. The system is controlled with an app, and we were unable to get it set properly.”

“The property was accurately advertised. It was clean and well furnished. On the 15th floor the street noise was loud. The windows do not keep sound out. My whole family slept with ear plugs and still were woken up several times a night; mostly from motorcycles, there is a parking garage across the street. The location was good, just outside the quarter. Everything was walkable. Note the parking garage in the same building was nasty, dirty, and smelled of human waste.”

“Host was proactive in her communication and check in and out were easy. Plenty of lighting and the space was well appointed with all the amenities one would need. Bed was comfortable. There was a comprehensive list of local eateries and things to do nearby. Its a little far for me from public transportation (street car line and bus lines) but uber and lifts are readily available. Would stay here again! ”

“The property was very close to all the places I needed to visit during my stay and the best part was it was all within walking distance. Very close to the interstate which was a plus. The room itself was wonderful. It was very roomy. We love how it has 2 bedrooms even though it was only my husband and I. The living room was far enough away from the bedroom so we were both able to watch what we wanted on separate TV. I would gave loved to have a tub but the shower was nice. The space was nice……

“We took the Amtrak to New Orleans, and the hotel was conveniently located near the station. It was close to the French Quarter by public transportation or taxi. The building was right around the corner from the intersection of S. Rampart and Common. For some reason, the neighborhood was noisy at mid-night. Otherwise, the studio was clean, and the bed was comfortable.”

“Responsive host, clean facilities. But with thin walls, easy to hear conversations from next door. Upstairs neighbors could be heard walking and speaking, especially when they checking in very late, after 10 PM. Hangers in closet would have been nice to hang our coats.”
