「Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our experience at your property.During our stay, we encountered a mouse several times in both the kitchen and the living room, and we also noticed mouse droppings in different areas of the house. This was both disturbing and concerning, especially as we were traveling with young children, for whom such conditions can pose health risks.The situation significantly affected our comfort.
