“We stayed for two nights. Spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed. A lovely apartment. We’d love to go back. 10 min walk from seafront right by the pier. Can’t fault our stay. ”

“The stay was great the apartment was well presented and well equiped. Shower was super hot which is nice, and the kitchen was very nice. everything we needed for out short stay.”

“We had such a lovely stay - the hosts were accommodating and friendly and the property was cosy, homely and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting in the garden in the autumn mornings, which felt like a sanctuary - listening to the birds and enjoying the plants and trees. The gas fire in the living room was warming in the evenings. Beds were comfy, space was clean and it's a lovely location up on a hill, an enjoyable 15-20 minute ramble into Hastings Old Town.”

“This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. ”

“If you’re looking for a modest but beautiful way to spend a weekend where the beach is your own and the locals are friendly. I can’t recommend these apartments enough! There’s nothing more wonderful than waking up on the beach first thing in the morning and strolling down to the sea before anyone arrives…”

“Fabulous place, clean and spacious with lots of storage, and the host was the most communicative with which we have ever worked. Great stay. ”

“Nothing was too much trouble for the owners who were really lovely. We wanted a few days away to recharge and that was exactly what we done. The Shed is absolutely stunning with far reaching views frim every window, peace, quiet and very tranquil. We would definitely recommend a stay here.”

“We had the loveliest two night stay in Treetops. A wonderfully quirky little place that had everything we needed, including the magnificent beech tree growing up through the veranda! Relaxing in the hot tub of an evening was just great. Sam is a super host, very kind and thoughtful. I also had a calming, restorative Reiki treatment with Sam.
