This is a great, first floor, condo in the heart of Hatteras Village. Condo 101 "Just Beachy" has been lovingly decorated and cared for and is the perfect place to stay while enjoying the beautiful Cape Hatteras Sea Shore. Walking distance to dining, shops, the Ocracoke passenger ferry and the beach!

A beautiful ground floor condo (no stairs) that provides a comfortable living room w/ chair & sofa, TV/DVD. There is a well-stocked kitchen w/ breakfast bar (2 bar stools), fridge, dishwasher, 2 burner range, microwave / convection oven. Full hall bath (w/ tub). King bedroom w/ TV/DVD, sliding door leads to patio and walkway to the beach.

This condo is in the perfect location with many great options surrounding you. From the beach that is just across the street (200 yards), the large community pool located just out your door (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), to the many shops and restaurants in the Hatteras Landing shopping plaza, you will find that you can walk to about everything! Also within walking distance: boat docks, shopping, restaurants, world class Sport fishing charters, kayak tours, The Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and beautiful sunsets over the sound. Make sure to plan a day exploring Ocracoke Island (just a ferry ride away). Rent beach bikes and explore the rest of Hatteras Island. Whether you want to relax on the beach with a book, swim, surf, fish, explore historic sites, bird watch, try your hand at water sports, or sit by the pool, Hatteras Island has it all. Price includes linens for the King bed, kitchen towels, and 2 bath towel sets (each set has 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth). Nightly rentals available year-round (with a 2-night minimum). Amenities: Free highspeed wireless Internet, Gas grill on pool deck, Fish cleaning table, outside shower, 2 TVs, 2 DVD players, books, DVDs, beach chairs.

Beautiful Condo!

Had a great stay in Hatteras! Condo was very close to the ferry and museum. The beach was pretty close as well. We had a great stay but I will say that the town was pretty sparse especially with food options. Most restaurants don’t open until 5 and the ones that are open for lunch are sporadic. Even when they say they’re open online when you get there they aren’t. If you come to town on a Tuesday make sure you hit a grocery store because nothing was open! My husband and I were looking for a quiet low key getaway so we didn’t mind “the ghost town” feel. I’m sure as it gets later in the season this probably won’t be the case. The ferry to Ocracoke was really nice and the sunsets were gorgeous. We’ll definitely be back!

Weekend getaway

The property as a whole was lovely. The condo was clean, cozy, and very well maintained. My husband and I were in Hatteras for a short weekend visit with our daughter as she and her family vacationed. We didn't realize it would be during Helene. Our condo never lost power or internet service; yet most everyone else seemed too. The owners/management actually reached out during this with their personal contact info on case we needed anything. I would definitely recommend to anyone; as well as return for another visit in the future. waswas clean, well

Condo was nice and in a good location. Work was being done on siding so we had men right outside our bedroom. Grounds were a construction site. Awful smell in condo that was heavy chemical type. Had to spray Lysol whenever we were in unit. Area was gorgeous.

Our over all stay was wonderful. The villa had everything we needed. It was an easy short walk over to the beach. We would stay here again. It would have been nice though to be given a heads up that the outside of the building is being renovated. (Which will look nice when its completed)

We loved the closeness to the ferry to Ocracoke. We were just here for a couple nights and it was super easy to hop on the ferry for a day of exploring, and then use the drive to and from Hatteras to explore that island. Super clean and had everything we needed. Quiet and nice walks around for wandering.

This was a gem to find! Communication was prompt and informative from the time of booking until checkout. The is a great condo and looks exactly how described. The very first thing that stood out was the cleanliness! It is a perfect location and walking distance to restaurants and shopping and the beach… we just found our spot and will book this same condo every time! Rental location was ideal for my clamming trips to Ocracoke via Hatteras Ferry. Stayed only 2 rather than 3 contracted nights due to successful clamming. Rental was clean and easily accessible, meeting my primary needs. Was in close proximity to restaurants. Enjoyed brief dip in community pool. Rental furniture was somewhat worn but commensurate with "stressed look" furniture people will pay thousands for at upscale furniture stores. Overall, I would book the rental again.
