The home is well-equipped and in a beautiful location. Rooms and amenities are wonderful as stated in other reviews. We stayed as a family with my elderly father because it was a new home with an elevator which became our only issue. We were notified the day before our stay it was not working, which is funny because I was also asked if I wanted to come in a day early because it was vacant. I alerted management to keep me updated because it would make it difficult for him to manage 4 flights of stairs but every time was told there was no update. Unfortunately, it meant he was practically confined to the main living area the entire stay while we enjoyed the rest of the home. For the price we paid, in addition to the size of the brand new home, we expected repairs. As of the end of our stay, it was still broken and there was no communication on when it would be fixed. I was asked if I wanted to extend my stay though because it was available. Seems like the vacancies before and after should be used to complete repairs if possible so other families are not negatively impacted.

This place was fantastic for our entire family. The 9 king rooms with full baths were awesome to provide privacy for all couples. The kitchen was fully stocked with 2 of every appliance and more than enough utensils and plates for our group of 20. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable, the back yard and pool area are awesome, and the turf is a great touch to be able to set up little kid play areas. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely book here again! Our group consisted of infants, small children, teenagers, adults, and grandparents and it was a perfect fit.

Beach Trip with Little Kids

This beach house is AMAZING! We stayed at this house with three other families and our young children and it could not have accommodated us more comfortably. Each family essentially had its own private corridor within the house and we never heard each other's kids at night. The top floor is truly incredible with beautiful views of the ocean and two adjacent enormous kitchens. It never felt crowded and we cooked all our meals in the house comfortably. We appreciated having double of all the appliances (three refrigerators, two dishwashers, two washers/dryers, etc.)--perfect for a large group. Our kids loved the movie theater. The backyard is incredible. We had some rainy days so we appreciated that the hot tub was under a covering. It was great having a big, flat yard and a pool for the kids to play. We especially appreciated that the door handles to the outdoor area were so high that kids could not reach them and let themselves out to the backyard without an adult. Plus, we used the two outdoor showers all week and it really helped us avoid getting sand in the house. It was a privilege to stay in this beautiful home and we are so glad we had the chance!

Amazing location and property amenities

We loved the property location, amenities, and overall layout of the property. It was just as advertised, ready when we arrived, and the check in process was easy. The kitchen was amazing! Two of every appliance and fully stocked with the necessary utensils for large group cooking. We did not go out for dinner once. Our family included 8 adults and 7 children and this property was perfect for every age. The pool area access was safe (high door knobs/locks), fenced in yard was private, and theatre room was great for some wind down time before bed. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect all inclusive vacation spot for their family or friends.We did have a couple of items that needed attention and were not resolved during our stay. First, the pool was not clean when we arrived (Sunday). We called maintenance for a request to clean the pool and a person came to the house on Monday and said he would be by on Wednesday to clean it. He never came back. Second, the patio door of the master suite (4th floor) fell right off its hinges (from very small screws holding a very heavy door). We called maintenance on Saturday for a repair and I did not hear back from maintenance until 5 days later (3 days after we left the property). It was the first time visiting the OBX area and the best vacation we have had in years.

Very nice house and location

This house is new and very nice. However there were some issues as we were one of the first to rent We reported our findings that should be taken care of and the host and management reached out and shared they would address the concerns. I highly recommend this place as I expect the management team to address the concerns we had.
