The house is very big and there´s really enough space for a family with children, very comfortable rooms. Great location across the sea, the view is great, especially the sunrise. Absolutely recommendable!

We had a wee hiccup to start with, where the cleaning team had forgotten to clean before our arrival, but the property manager sorted everything out promptly, and the stay itself was great. Plenty of room for everyone, and good kitchen tools and supplies so we could cook and serve meals. Lovely hearing the sounds of the sea as you fall asleep! Would happily stay again anytime.

We barely arrived when my teen was exclaiming, "this is the best holiday home we've ever been to". And it is. A lovely home with all the usual amenities, plus a porch and giant backyard. The kids absolutely loved running free. And the ocean is just across the road. We had a great week and really enjoyed exploring the area.

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful views from the second story, lots of space and everything you need for cooking etc. The house was clean and in a lovely location. The coffee at the local cart is 2 min walk away, and it’s great. Drive to Bay Expresso for a super yummy breakfast or lunch. Waimarama beach is not too far to drive it and it’s amazing! We also enjoyed berry picking in the warm weather (and Splash Planet!).

The weather for our stay was terrible so we were confined to inside. Good value a few things to improve future visitors would be, basics like Salt and Pepper or advice these are not supplied, some extra pillows, and maybe update the barbeque.

We had a beautiful stay! Waking up to lovely sea views. Our weather was rough but the home came with plenty of heating including a downstairs fire and provided wood , multiple heaters. 2 bathrooms with great pressure in the showers. The house had everything we needed including extra towels and blankets. Kitchen supplies were in full. Thankyou very much for letting us stay in your beautiful home. Highly recommend

Suited our needs with young children and there was lots of hot water. The fire worked well and wood was supplied. The carpets are in very poor condition and the furnishings were very old. There is a cockroach problem upstairs . There isn't any grass in the garden only weeds . I think it photographs better than it actually is. Having said all that we enjoyed our 5 night stay and found the location very good.
