「房間寬敞早餐好吃, 離柯爾瑪主要景點也都是步行可達! 最大缺點就是服務和溝通, 明明是訂兩張床但進房後卻是一張大床, 還得再跟櫃台反應... 飯店停車位也有限, 訂房時有註明需要停車位, 但入住時卻說停車位都預約滿了, 因為沒收到他們確認回覆所以就不算預約成功, 令人傻眼...」

Really convenient with public transport. But, no room cleaning services for stay shorter than 7 days. We only stay for 3 nights. 7 euros/set of towels will be charged if you need a new whole set. 「The worst place I've ever stayed! Terrible security!!! We PAID for tge luggage storage sercice but the hotel didn't do their job and one of the baggages is GONE!!!!!! It's so unbelievable! The location is not so good as well, not close to train station nor city center. And the cleaness is a doubt, the bed sheet has some dirt, bed is broken and the hairdryer is not working. 「We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with one queen bed and one sofa bed. Sofa bed was ok. Kitchen was fully equipped with a washer/dryer but no dishwasher. Drying function took too long so some clothes were dried outside. Property picture shows a pool but we were told pool use was an extra 25 euros/day/person!
