"Incredible value and great location. We had a lovely room and the common areas are fabulous. The staff were kind and sent great directions which enabled us to park directly next to the hotel door. We only paid about 11 euros from late afternoon to 10 to park so definitely worth doing to make it so easy. Can highly recommend ."

"This hotel was perfectly nestled in the centre ville of Colmar… it was truly like being in a movie set! The staff were remarkable welcoming us with pleasant attitudes and walking us to our room. We stay on the 3rd floor( yes there is an elevator) and our room was overlooking rooftops of the old town and all the windows opened… the music that played from the Easter Market floated into our room. The room was perfect two twins to make a king size bed, a soaker bathtub and an amazing breakfast included in the morning. We wandered the streets ate at local pubs and took a stroll with the map provided by the staff to the marché couvert. This town is a must do, Easter was an amazing time to go crowded but managemble and all walkable. In the morning after our breakfast we used the FREE electric navette to get to our train station at Gare de Colmar. I would love to come back at Christmas Market time!!! "Staff all so kind to us"

"Our room faced out onto the car park at the front of the hotel. The sound proofing of the windows was awful. We were woke up at 06:30 with street sweepers and hedges being clipped. Woke at 04:00 the next night with people talking loudly in the street and then with the bins being emptied. Our room was On the second floor so not as though people were right outside. Hotel really need to think about replacing the windows to make them more sound proof as hotel in an excellent location. Also no tea or coffee facilities in room which was poor. "
