To extend the group experience, a second studio located right above can also be reserved, ideal for sharing a mountain getaway with family or friends.

The accommodation is ready upon your arrival: it has been cleaned, linens (sheets and towels) are included for the entire duration of your stay, and supplies are provided (coffee pods, tea, and laundry detergent pods).

Check-in is self-service, and a dedicated concierge will be available during your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed.

The accommodation sleeps up to 2 people and is laid out as follows:

• A living area with a sofa bed (140x190), coffee table, storage, and TV
• A kitchen open to the living room and equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, raclette and fondue sets, and cutlery. It also includes a table and two stools for enjoying meals together
• A bathroom with a shower, sink, towel warmer, and storage

A 50 m² shared garden is available to residents, complete with a table and chairs for enjoying sunny days, as well as a barbecue.

A shared ski storage room is available for your use and includes a washing machine.

A private, accessible parking lot offers 6 spaces, as well as an electric vehicle charging station.

Ideally located in the mountains, the property offers views of Mont Blanc and enjoys prime access to the slopes: just 5 minutes from the Espace Diamant des Saisies and 9 minutes from the Les Contamines ski area. The Chozal chairlift, at the entrance to the village of Hauteluce, also allows you to reach Les Saisies directly from the village. Free shuttles run to Les Saisies and Beaufort from the village entrance and exit, and on-site parking is available.

Just a few minutes’ drive away, you’ll find a restaurant, a bakery, and a supermarket for your daily shopping, as well as an additional supermarket 15 minutes away.

To plan your stay and explore the region, the Hauteluce tourist information center is just a 4-minute drive away.
