"Staff was helpful. Service in restaurant was not satisfactory. Room service has no menu except pizza and salad. Coffee in room is given only the fist day. Never seen like that in any hotel. If it’s given the fist day it should be every day. Ac in rooms are not cold enough like lobby. It should be able to cool down to that level. I have worked in five star hotels as an engineer for 15 years."

"The staff i met during my stay were absolutely lovely, very polite and helpful. The property is well located in a quiet cul de sac with small supermarkets, bakeries etc within a 6min walk. The area is residential and felt very safe to walk around. The main sights are not walkable but Courbevoie station is a 5min walk with regular trains that make travelling into La Defense and the Centre of Paris very straightforward. Ubers to and from the Centre and CDG airport were very reasonably priced, we paid £27 to the airport and £12 back from Eiffel Tower. The room/hotel itself was a tad tired in places but nothing major, just minor imperfections and overall the room, bathroom, sheets etc were clean to a good standard. There is a kitchenette/microwave which was workable for small meals and a good sized fridge for drinks etc. We had a few minor blips like a missing TV remote, only 1 pillow each provided (we prefer more) and the fridge hummed a little loudly at night but everything was resolved by staff immediately so really cannot complain. Air conditioning worked perfectly which was great. We paid €120 deposit on arrival which was returned promptly on the same day of checkout. For the price we paid for 3 nights and the size of the room (bigger than alot of places in Paris) i would say i was very pleased with out stay at 37 Lodge, Courbevoie."

"There is a metro about a 5 minute walk. This metro line is the one you need for most of the tourist sites, so you do not have to change metros very often. It is very very very difficult for Ubers to find. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower. There is also a washer and dryer available which was very convenient. We had a two room, three bed which was a nice small apartment. Our friends who traveled with us had a very tiny two person room. I would have been very claustrophobic in that room. It is a decent price for what you get. The hotel is surrounded by a few abandoned buildings. More of a modern city feel than the Paris feel."

"The hotel was in a good location, only 30 minutes by metro or 50 minutes by walk. The room was OK however, for the 2 nights we were there we didn't have any hot water so had to get a cold shower. There is parking at walking distance from the hotel, the hotel sent me to carpark 6 which had a height limit of 1.8m which was a problem in a vehicle which is 2m heigh. There is another carpark around the corner which say 1.8m on the Internet however, it is actually 3.5m height limit. You park in either of the carparks if you can, take the ticket to reception before you want to leave the carpark and they will validate the ticket giving you 50% discount."

"Enjoyed my stay here for the 4 day visit of Paris. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. AC worked very well for the hot summer weather. I also liked that it is right next to the subway station."
