“Everything was outstanding! The property and Inn are exceptionally beautiful. Rooms were very clean & had everything one would need. The host, Reshma, was unbelievably helpful in guiding us through some travel difficulties, and did everything imaginable for us, including a pickup and dropoff. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!”

“I dont like being told i have to have dinner at 6.00pm, when we asked for a later spot we were told NO, THATS IT, The rooms are very basic, not even a painting, and the whole complex is very cheesy with child like ebtertainment.

“I didn’t get the promised text or email telling me what room I was in. I called the help number but it wasn’t answered. I left a message but have never been called back. I have tried that number about 12 times but it always goes to answer phone. There was another phone number mentioned on my earliest Expedia correspondence and when I called it an Indian man said I had a wrong number. “In no way this is a 5 star resort. Completely overpriced for the level of services provided. Staff members were all polite but definitely not well trained and transactional, food very mediocre. Spectacular location. This resort is priced at the level of an Aman or Mandarin Oriental-type property and it is very far away from that. Very disappointing for the price we paid.

“The room was clean, sizeable and the jetted spa bath absolutely superb. But that’s where it ends.
We stayed in what was called the “modern” suite, a kitsch and garishly designed suite that was a far cry from “modern” in today’s standards.
Where it really fell short was the experience and service. Originally opting for Sisu around the corner, we felt we should dine at the restaurant given we were staying as guests and that we could support this local establishment. We waited 1 hour and 15……
