「We had a lovely stay at Creekside Cottage. Kitchen is large, modern and well appointed. The bedrooms were comfortable and all the bedding was soft and clean. The home was spotless and the screened in porch enabled us to play cards late into the night without a bug bite. We enjoyed grilling on the deck and birdwatching nearby at Susquhannock Park. 「Great dog friendly location on North East River and Chesapeake Bay- close to great dining in Charlestown and North East - 」

「This property has everything you need for a friends weekend. Pickelball, pool, basketball, even golf hitting net were all used by our group and we enjoyed the TV room and large outdoor space. Takes a little navigating to get there, but the directions were well done and communication with the owner was great. They were very responsive to all of our questions. Would highly recommend this place for groups.」

「Check-in was easy. The house was ultra clean with new appliances. I could tell the house had been recently renovated, and I appreciated how tastefully it had been decorated.We weren’t in town long enough to do much cooking, so I’m not sure about needed pots and pans.」

「Great retreat in nature! The cabin is beautiful and has everything you need. We loved the hot tub and all the outdoor sitting spaces. Stocked kitchen and grocery store less than 10 minutes away was wonderful for cooking meals together. Bedrooms were spacious & comfortable. We would definitely come stay here again! 」

「It's a rustic but very cozy place. It was very clean and was stocked with so many niceties. Very classy and just lovely. The stairs are kind of steep so you might want to take that into consideration. We walked up to the barn area and met some of the animals - the turkeys and donkeys are quite sociable and very cute! The surrounding area is bucolic. All in all, a really nice place to get away from it all.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the July 4th weekend. We spent many hours on the front porch watching the sun rise, the boats pass by, birds soar, including bald eagles nesting nearby! The house is charming and very well equipped. We appreciated the binoculars to watch birds and fireworks. Betterton Beach is a short walk. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend! 」
