Check-in was great, staff was courteous, room was nice. BUT, my gosh you could hear every dang noise, from people walking around above you (we were on first floor) to people conversing in the hallway like you were beside them. The sound proofing is very poor, if you stay, request to be anywhere but ...

Should be better. I found a hair in the bad. Pillow is too high. Bed is ok. I don’t like the pool side view, which is a unopen indoor window to see the inside pool.But you can smell some bleach taste in the room when you sleeping. Hard to find, GPS would guide you through a jungle path, you need a Jeep to pass. No breakfast provided! If you come late in the evening, no body to ask, you need to read a note on their pub door to find out where the suites is and where everything is!
