We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains - we have never stayed in a property like this one before! The house was very cozy and comfortable, and it was so quiet and relaxing there. Thanks to our helpful hosts for such a great getaway!

Absolutely Wonderful!

I, my wife, children, and parents stayed over for Thanksgiving, and absolutely loved the cabin! There was great communication with the owners, the cabin was clean, and exactly as described. We felt comfortable and cozy, and greatly enjoyed ourselves!

Mountain Getaway

My wife and I just needed a mountain getaway from the heat. This place was as advertised. Julie was a perfect host. The cool nights were a welcome treat in August. The view of the lake was magnificent. We will be back!

Beautiful home on top of mountain with awesome views!

We were fortunate to have our stay in this beautiful home at the peak of fall foliage. The home was exactly as advertised. It was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed having our first fire of the season with the firewood that was provided. The views were breathtaking! When the fog covered, it felt like Heaven. We could not have asked for a better Hostess. Julie was in contact several times to make sure everything was good and we were enjoying ourselves. She even called after we returned home to make sure we had safe travels. We will definitely remember this home for another trip to the mountains.

Sooooo Relaxing!!!

When you begin going up the mountain and start glancing at the majestical view of the Lake Chatuge surrounded by mountains suddenly all your stress and worries dissipate by the AWESOMENESS of God's creation. The house provides you with all you need to have a very comfortable and stress free time in absence of bugs....this house had absolutely no bugs at all inside, it was great! The sunsets are fiery red and if you get up early, you will see the reflection of an amazing sunrise, all from your deck. You will be greeted by the music of bird songs every time you step foot on the deck. It is a beautiful place that we recommend without any reservation. The communication with the owners was also outstanding.

Awesome Vacation Getaway!

This property was exactly what we were looking for! Super clean and quiet with an amazing view of beautiful Lake Chatuge and NC mountains. There were lots of great outdoor activities and shopping opportunities close by. We can't wait to stay again!

Beautiful views

This home is spectacular located with gorgeous views of the mountains and the icing on the cake it also includes beautiful views of the lake. The home is set up for relaxing on the back porch, everything that you need is provided within the house. Close to Helen Georgia and within a hour to Cherokee Indian Reservation and lots of waterfalls. We enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it to all. Thanks

Amazing views, great location!

Julie was great to communicate with, the house was equipped well, the grill was great, everything works, nothing falls apart. It is located up high and the lake views are amazing, many mountains and waterfalls are located within 20-30 miles of stunning landscape and mountain roads, highly recommend!

Trip to Eagles View

Rob and Julie were excellent to deal with. House is beautiful with fantastic view of Lake Chatuge and mountains. Very peaceful and relaxing. Their place is close to a lot of things to do and see. Definitely want to return visit. Great trip!

Property and location exceeded our expectations. Owner was wonderful to communicate with and you could tell she wanted it to be a great stay for us. Great hiking in the area and of course water sports on the lake. Can't forget the great views and dinner on the deck. We will return.

Awesome!!!

What a great experience. This place was spectacular. Even though it rained all weekend we had the most perfect place to bunker down and spend family time. The view out the back porch is breathtaking. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Great Property and Location

We stayed for a month in this beautiful cabin. The views are breath taking! We enjoyed morning walks in the neighborhood and beautiful sunsets in the evening. The cabin has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We will be back! The host was very nice and responsive. We recommend this place as a great place to visit and stay.

An eagle's eye view....

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It is a little more of a lengthy drive uphill but the view is worth it. The home was well-equipped with everything a family needs for vacation. The swing on the back deck was our favorite seat. We look forward to staying there again.

Wonderful Visit

I needed to get away for a week of thinking and planning. This cabin was ideal. The view was amazing no matter what the weather did. It was awesome when sunny and equally wonderful when the rain clouds came rolling in. The owners were extremely helpful too. Highly recommended.
