“This was the perfect place for a quick weekend getaway for my husband and me. The location was great for what we had planned—hiking in Ohiopyle and checking out Fort Necessity and Fallingwater. We have driven past this area numerous times while taking our daughter to college, but we had never taken the time to do any exploring until now! The hot tub was amazing, especially after hiking on Saturday. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We would absolutely consider staying here again!”

“Cabin was immaculate. Clean as a whistle. Good location. The only drawback for me was the wisp resort parking lot. When we come back in the evenings we always like to have nightcap or 2 on outdoor patio. There are 4 spotlights that shine on their parking lot which also shine in the eyes of the guests sitting outside at “the View”. For us, it ruins the ambiance. All in all, a very nice cabin.”

“Four women on year 40 of getting together each summer. We stayed at Alpine lake 10 years ago, but in a different property not by the lake. This old log house is perfect in terms of location. Our absolute favorite is the porch and experiencing the lake in the early morning sun, afternoon and evening! What a delight. The beds are comfortable and the showers hot. The kitchen has a nice selection of stainless steel pots and kitchen gadgets. The stairs to the upstairs do not have a banister, so……

“This was a very relaxing and private spot, even with a couple of nearby cabins. It was not hard to find using the directions, and the amenities were great. We weren't able to use the grill because the propane tank was impossible to open, but otherwise we had a great time.”

“This house and Trisha was amazing! So clean and gorgeous. Had things for the kids to do to keep them busy when we were just relaxing for the night. Amazing place! I highly recommend to anyone staying in this area!”

“I have been traveling for work for years and out of all my stay, this was my favorite. Traveling often just doesn't feel like home. But, this was better than just being home. Waking up to views off the porch was a great way to start the morning. And just relaxing in the evening on the same porch was just as relaxing. Home was very clean and the host's were very detailed in every part of the cabin. I honestly didn't want to leave. I hope to come back again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfectly located, very nice and updated, and super clean. The hot tub was in great condition and also spotless. Jennifer sent clear check-in instructions and was easy to reach and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!”

“What a lovely property!!! Comfortable cabin. Well equipped. Thanks for having WiFi!”

“Very private, great secluded hot tub. Quiet and central location to area attraction. Host responded quickly to my one request. Extremely comfortable lazyboy style chairs, very unusual for spots like this”

“Had a wonderful stay in this older but quaint cabin.”

“Room was clean and had all the things. We purposely picked a cottage with a hot tub with a lake view which rocked. The hottub is also covered from rain with the cottages extended roof. However parking spots are directly in front of your view of the lake. So hopefully you can park in other spots. Also, weirdly, they only provided one trash bag? So good luck on clean up I guess. We also received a bunch of agreements and disclosure via text notification a little under an hour before check-in……
