“The location is great for enjoying downtown Healdsburg. The house is charming. However, the stairs going to the second bedroom is narrow and the two bathrooms are downstairs. Maybe just fine for children upstairs. Luckily, it was just my spouse and I with our dog so we didn't use the upstairs at all. The back patio is nice with the spa and gas fire pit. It would be nice for the space to have a table and chairs for eating and an umbrella for shade.It was nice to have a garage to park are car……

“The home has everything you could need. The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil, dish or appliance you would need. The front porch is a perfect place to sit and watch the sunset. I especially enjoyed the gas fireplace in the living room. It made it feel homey and it cut the chill out of the air early in the morning or evening. “Shante, the host, was very nice and easy to work with, and she made a genuine effort to address our needs. The property itself is beautiful, very well maintained, secluded, and mostly private. The manor is well appointed.However, there were several issues that impacted our stay. There was an ongoing ant problem in the kitchen and the main bedroom’s en suite bathroom. We had to be very careful, as any food left out would quickly be overrun with ants, which became frustrating.Nighttime……

“My family & I stayed over Thanksgiving and had an incredible stay! We loved the amenities like the hot tub, on-site gym, & gas fire pit. The house was exceptionally well-stocked and had high end appliances like a Viking grill:) Host was extremely responsive with the one question we had. “Gorgeous property with lots of sitting areas and places to enjoy the pool and hot tub. We even saw hot air balloons one morning! We took advantage of the complimentary Croix tasting and loved the wines- definitely check it out if you are into Russian River Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. There was an issue with the hot tub but we got assistance right away and the technician worked hard to get it fixed.”

“We had a really great stay at this property in Healdsburg. The house is huge, but it gave everyone plenty of space to spread out and relax. We spent a lot of time outside, especially enjoying the pool and spa, and loved having multiple places to eat, like the dining room and breakfast table.The kitchen was probably the most well-stocked rental kitchen we’ve ever seen.
