➢ Absolutely NO parties or large gatherings — this is a quiet, family-friendly community with wonderful neighbors.
➢ No pets allowed due to severe allergies in the family.
➢ Do not rearrange furniture; if moved, return it to the original location.
➢ Please keep doors and windows shut at all times to prevent bugs from entering.
➢ Run ceiling fans to help circulate air due to high ceilings.
➢ Leave the house as you found it: take out trash, wash dishes (you may run the dishwasher before checkout). Cleaning and laundry are handled by our team.
➢ Wi-Fi is satellite-based and can be weather-dependent.
➢ Water is very soft, which may feel soapy or slippery when rinsing.
➢ Wildlife such as deer, foxes, and squirrels occasionally pass through — please do not feed or disturb them.
➢ Guests may fish and crab directly from the private pier — no license required.
➢ Crab traps are available for guest use. Please remove them from the water and return them before checkout.
➢ For safety, adult supervision is required on the dock at all times.
➢ Boats may be tied to the dock, but the lift is currently out of service due to an electrical issue.
➢ Fireworks are not allowed unless prior approval is given by the host.
➢ Keep all vehicles on the paved path; no parking on the grass.
➢ Respect the peace and quiet of our community — no loud noise outside.
➢ Do not trespass onto neighbors’ properties; tree lines mark the boundaries even if not clearly fenced.
