“Area was absolutely beautiful.... Cabins were alright had a few minor issues such as sink constantly dripping and cold water valve in shower was not working. Other then that had a great time. Both cafe's next door are great and very conveniently located.”

“We enjoyed our stay! The sink was slow to drain in the bathroom when we arrived. Also, there were two outside chairs broken and the tile floors were very dirty. Take pictures of any damage or mess when you get there and send them to the owner immediately! After we left, I received a scolding text from the owner saying the place was left a mess and the housekeepers had to stay an extra hour and a half to clean our filth! I KNOW I left it better than I received the home! I even scrubbed the tile……

“We enjoyed our stay, we did have to clean the hot tub, it didnt have any clorine and the water was green with algae. There was no laundry soap and bleach. The house was nice, it was big. The kiddos loved the gaming room, pacman was fun. They also enjoyed ping pong. The toilet in the master bedroom was hard to flush. I also had to clean under the oven in the warming rack. There was a lot of crumbs. Just minor cleaning things, other then that we enjoyed the house. We appreciated the close access……

“Overall it was great, however the first place assigned to us was nice except the carpet was filthy. We were moved to second place after complaining, were assigned different accommodations and they were excellent. A pleasure working with Patty to resolve these issues.”

“We definitely plan on returning to this property. It was a great experience in all ways. Our only "problem" was that it is on a steep hill. Obviously that can't change. And, it was the reason the view was so good!”

“Wonderful view of the bay. Beds comfortable and lots of sleeping areas. Beautiful view from upstairs room. Great views from living room. The hot tub location is awesome the tree kind of blocks the winds. There are a few cosmetic things that need fixed. The path to front door needs to be straightened and the landscape pruned back.And the front porch stairs need another rail also. There are 2 of the kitchen chairs that are broken. The wicker outdoor furniture was so broken that it wasn't usable.……

“We took my mother-in-law to the beach for a few days, and this house was perfect!! There is a bedroom and both bathrooms on the first floor, so she didn't have to use the stairs. The view from the front windows is absolutely amazing, and she LOVED sitting in the chair there and watching the waves! The beach is just a short walk away. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed. It was also nice having the washer and dryer to dry our wet clothes after getting caught by a wave. The gas……

“We had a great time! The Surftides hotel was everything it said it would be and looked just like the pictures showed. The staff was very friendly and informative. The kids loved having the indoor pool to play in. The room was the perfect size, the view was amazing, and the beach access was really nice. Overall it checked all the boxes on our list and the price was great. We will definitely stay there again!”
