The location is excellent too, a short drive to the Weirs Beach area and the Bank of NH Pavilion can be accessed through a private path on the property. Definitely will stay again!”

“Great house - perfect location! We enjoyed being able to take a short walk to the beach - and morning coffee on the dock by the canal in the backyard. Watching the fish in the water and catching a few resident ducks with babies swim by. By mid afternoon the backyard is in the shade and we enjoyed a few drinks/dinner and music on the deck. Short walk to the Pickleball/tennis courts was great to get a few games in. We will be back next year!”

“The place was easy to find and close proximity to Skiing at Gunstock Mtn. The place was clean and easy to access. Own parking space which would be difficult to locate if snow was covering the ground as number was only painted on the pavement on the ground! Shower has good pressure and clean towels were plentiful. Kitchenette had stove, microwave, refrigerator, and small pizza oven. Living room was good size with wifi and Roku TV. Bed was clean and comfortable. Balcony was safe and nice view. A……

“A great house for a multi-generation family get away. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Loved cooking on the grill on the back deck. Easy access to the beach and all the lake region of NH has to offer. ”

“This was our second time staying here in the summer. We stayed with a large family group. Brian’s house is amazing and he is very easy to communicate with. Everyone had a wonderful time. the kids were fishing, kayaking, and swimming every day all day long!”
