“We can't wait to return to this hotel, but with more time to spend there. If you want to go somewhere in Tuscany where you feel as a welcomed member of the family this is the place to be. “The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel had very good facilities (e.g. a laundry). We had a room at the ground level with garden access which was quiet and cool. The staff was very friendly and always tried to help. What we missed a little bit, were some space for storing of clothes and luggage (there were only four hangers). There was also only one chair in the room which was officially declared as a three-bed-room. But all in all we were very satisfied. ”
