Gas and water for the household are included in the price,

for heating the whirlpool and sauna we provide 150 kw free of charge. Electricity is available per stay, which is sufficient for at least 1 to 2 days of sauna and hot tub,

with occasional use, even for several days, because the bath tub is completely insulated and only minimally loses temperature,

in the event of additional consumption (e.g. longer stays), electricity costs will be charged (at the current prices to the local utility company EWE)

the bath tub is freshly filled with water, completely cleaned and disinfected at your arrival,
or brought to 38-40 degrees on request so that you can enjoy the hot tub immediately after checking in,

The sauna takes about 1 hour to 75 - 80 degrees.
