Hazardous, outdated and dirty.

Took up to an hour for the owner to arrive to give us the key into the home. I called the provided number twice to be hung up on (as I only speak English). The owner was able to bring a younger adult to translate. The home is mostly advertised for its hot tub and sauna. My grandmother had planned to use the king-sized bed downstairs; however, I realized she would hurt herself if she need to use the bathroom at night. The drop-down stairs to the second floor bedroom were in the way of her door. If you were to stay upstairs (only twin beds available), you would have to leave the stairs lowered as there was no way to reel the stairs back up once up there to sleep. There were little to no blankets. Available duvets and pillow cases smelt of body odor, and were extremely outdated. We traveled far and couldn’t bring our own blankets, unfortunately. If we had stayed, my 81 year old grandmother would have froze at night.

Wir konnten einen tollen Urlaub am Heeder See verbringen. Wir waren 10 Tage zu viert in dem Ferienhaus. Der See ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu erreichen und wunderschön. Wasserski haben wir dort auch ausprobiert. Das Ferienhaus selbst war für uns 4 super. Whirlpool, Sauna und die tolle überdachte Terrasse(Wintergarten), um mal die Highlights hervorzuheben. In der Küche haben wir alles gefunden, was wir gebraucht hatten. Nur eine Schere hat uns gefehlt :-D. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag hätten wir, dass man den Raum oben vielleicht noch irgendwie abdunkeln könnte. Ansonsten war alles top für uns!!! Check In und Check Out verliefen super unproblematisch und auch die nette Einweisung war top.

Zu wenig Platz für 5 Personen

Der Außenbereich mit Sauna und Whirlpool waren so wie erhofft und haben gut funktioniert (daher noch 2 von 5 Sternen).Leider war der Rest der Wohnung nicht wie beschrieben und für fünf erwachsene Personen ungeeignet:-Die Küche ist extrem klein und niedrig-Das Esszimmer/Wohnzimmer ist ziemlich klein und es gibt nur ein Sofa für 2-3 Personen-Das eine von zwei Schlafzimmern ist nur über eine ziemlich abenteuerliche ausfahrbare Dachboden-Treppe zu erreichen. Es ist nicht zumutbar dort schwereres Gepäck hochzuschleppen (die Leiter hat kein Geländer und ist wackelig und scharfkantig). Es gibt aber sonst nirgendwo ausreichend Stauraum für das Gepäck. Im Dachboden kann man nicht stehen.- Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung (insbesondere die Küche) leider nicht sauber.

Im Großen und Ganzen gut

Uns hat es gut gefallen mit dem Whirlpool und der Sauna. Allerdings muss man sagen dass die Ausstattung sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist und auf jeden Fall sollte dort mal eine professionelle Reinigungsfirma durch. In einem Bett lagen noch Chips und Salzstangen, die Matratzen sind zum Teil durchgelegen, die Schränke sind schmutzig, den Tauchbottich konnten wir gar nicht nutzen. Auf unsere Resonanz wurde leider gar nicht reagiert. Das Häuschen mit dem kleinen Garten ist ganz niedlich und man könnte es mit ein bisschen Arbeit sehr liebevoll gestalten. Wir waren zufrieden, hätten aber für den Preis mehr erwartet.

Buiten perfect binnen kleiner

Schoon huis. Buiten + sere erg fijn. Helaas binnen kleiner dan de fotos. En de trap naar de zolder is een automatische vlizotrap die voor de slapkamer deur van beneden zit. En de zolder kun je als volwassen moeilijk staan. En t is een ruimte met 4 bedden ipv meerdere slaapkamers. Ookngeen gordijnen of zonwering boven. Maar we hebben er fijn gehad.

Tolle Saune und Whirpool

Die Sauna und der Whirpool sind wirklich toll. Die Treppe zum Dachzimmer ist etwas abenteuerlich und die Wohnung schon recht klein für 6 Gäste (z.B. nur 1 Bad). Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Küchenutensilien waren leider teils verschmutzt und wild zusammengewürfelt. Neue Bettwäsche wäre auch empfehlenswert. Insgesamt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit Sauna und Whirlpool nett, aber einiges könnte überarbeitet werden.

Mädelswochenende

Wir haben den Aufenthalt aufgrund der Sauna und des Whirlpools sehr genossen. Im Whirlpool lagen wir fast den ganzen Tag und die Strompauschale hat genau gereicht. Die Sauberkeit, vor allem in der Küche, hätten wir uns mehr gewünscht.

Perfekter Aufenthalt für Männergruppe zum Grillen und ein gemütliches Wochenende zu verbringen. Der Heeder See direkt nebenan mit Wassserski Möglichkeit. Nur zu empfehlen.

Küche war nicht gut nutzbar

Die Küche war nicht sauber als wir angekommen sind. Viele Küchenutensilien (Besteck,…), welche in den Schubladen lagen waren ebenfalls noch teilweise sehr dreckig und wir mussten die erstmal abwaschen. Die Schubladen waren auch alle dreckig. Zudem funktionierte die Spülmaschine nicht wirklich. Es gab kein Platz, wo man den Tab gut reinlegen konnte und das Geschirr war danach immer noch dreckig. Was uns auch überhaupt nicht gefiel, war, dass hinter dem Spülbecken Schimmel war. Das darf es nicht geben! Die Küche müsste somit nochmal ordentlich geschrubbt werden. Was den Schlafraum oben auf dem Dachboden angeht, wäre es schön, wenn es dort auch Gardinen oder Plissees geben würde. Die morgendliche Sonne war nicht angenehm und man konnte nicht lange schlafen. Ansonsten fanden wir das Haus mit dem Wintergarten und Garten sehr schön. Das Haus an sich haben wir nicht sehr viel genutzt, da es auch sehr eng ist mit 8 Personen. Die Lage ist super, man ist nur eine Minute zu Fuß von einem schönen See entfernt, an dem man baden und Wasserski fahren kann. Ansonsten ist leider nicht viel in der Nähe und das Ferienhausviertel ist auch nicht sehr belebt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut, man hatte mehrere Nummern, die man jederzeit anschreiben konnte. Auch der CheckIn Vorgang war angenehm, man hat alles gezeigt bekommen. Insgesamt war der Urlaub ganz schön, man muss die Küche aber definitiv nochmal ordentlich schrubben.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, direkt am Heedersee! Das Ferienhäuschen besitzt alles, was man sich so wünschen kann. Sauna und Whirpool waren super.

Der Whirlpool draußen und der Wintergarten sind der Hammer. Wir haben abends lange im Whirlpool gesessen, Strom reicht locker für 3 Tage/ Nächte.
