“The listing failed to state that an expensive cleaning fee would apply and we were advised of this by the hotel after the cancellation period had ended. This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email). “The property is very small and neat, not much bigger than a standard hotel room but perfectly adequate for our needs, with an outdoor patio area including grill, and a small kitchen stocked with everything needed.
