"Spcious room with a sofa. Clean. Good workabe desk. The design of the room leaves a bit to be desired, though. The vanity sink is located outside the bathroom right at the foot of the beds. If 2 people are staying in one room, the use of the sink and light disturbs the other person who are sleeping. "

"The Kimble is cute and secure. We booked for two beds. One was a couch bed. The couch bed was broken and miserable! Floors were sticky. It is an interesting place to stay. if the floors were clean and the couch bed advertised as an additional bed was comfortable, our stay would have been much better!"

"This place was perfect!! Beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The first floor has the laundry room and 1/2 bath and the host graciously provided laundry detergent and dryer sheets! We had 5 women focusing on genealogy and the dining table was big enough for all of us to spread out our work and computers...but if it hadn't been, the kitchen bar is also larger than it looks in the picture and has electric plugs for recharging. It snowed while we were there, but we were quite comfortable with only the fireplace for heat. The separate heating system for the 1st floor made it comfortable for sleeping or just watching tv without having to even turn on the main unit. The host answered every question via VRBO messaging within minutes of my asking...I couldn't have asked for better service! The only thing that wasn't clear to me (probably because I didn't read the fine print) was that this 3 story townhouse was on a pretty steep hill. We easily walked down to the library and convention center, but by the end of the day we usually used an UBER to take us back home with all our acquired bounty. The first floor is handicapped accessible, but food and showers are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Regrettably, there is no elevator! "
