"One of the best houses we’ve stayed at for a family vacation! Cathy is an exceptional host and she was welcoming and attentive to us the entire stay. The house itself was immaculate and peaceful as soon as you stepped in. The rooms fit our family perfectly: our toddler loved the twin bed rooms, our newborn had a rocking chair in her room while my parents had their own room too! We enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, swimming in the heated pool, watching the sunset from the top deck, enjoying the sunrise from the screen porch and the beach was just steps away. The neighborhood itself is quiet and this time of the year felt like we had a private beach because there was no one around. We’re already looking at next year and when we can rebook here. "The house was perfectly maintained. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with the basic. Easy access to the property. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool because of the weather, but looking at it and the stream behind the property gave off peaceful vibes.Our host returned all text messages promptly. Comfortable beds. The kitchen, dining area and living room space allows for interaction with each other as we prepared dinner, played games and watched TV. The sun deck over the back porch was a refuge for me when things got crazy (playing UNO is loud and boisterous) I went up and enjoyed the warmth of the sun. "

"Our stay was absolutely fantastic. We got together with family (6 children and 7 adults) and greatly enjoyed our week in the area. Things we enjoyed about the home: family friendly, comfy beds (minus one - downstairs front bedroom needs replaced), enough space for everyone to eat and play, awesome bar space outside to keep adult beverages separate, the kitchen was very well equipped (knives weren't very sharp but otherwise easy to cook), porch and seating area were very comfortable, hot tub was hot. Management company was extremely responsive and kind. I cannot say enough about the quality of response. The neighborhood is so cozy - it has everything you need and it's close to larger shopping and activities. Walking distance to the market, shoppes, and to the beach - honestly couldn't ask for a better spot for a super laid back family trip. We would ABSOLUTELY come back to visit!! "
