Hemet is where desert landscapes meet the San Jacinto Mountains with breathtaking sunset and tranquil atmosphere.

House Rules:
NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS OR GATHERINGS of any kind will be tolerated.
Always keep gates closed day and night

Max occupancy is 11 people. NO ADDITIONAL Guest
Please respect our neighbors by not playing loud music/noise between
10:00pm-7:00am
Respect Pool Hours: 7am- to 10:00pm and All Pool Rules (Pool is NOT Heated)

NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE HOME—Smoking is allowed only in the back of the house. Dispose trash/ Cigarette left over accordingly and not on the floor or inside the pool.
A $100.00 fee will be applied if smell or traces are found inside our home.

Pets: There is a $100 non refundable pet fee per reservation.
**No more than 2 dogs are allowed per reservation
**Pets are never to be left alone in the house or locked in a room.
**Pets are to be well behaved and kept on a leash while taken for a walk.
**Please use the designated area for their needs and clean up after them.
Check in time is 3:00pm
Check out time is 10:00am sharp (cleaning crew will arrive exactly at 10:00am)
Parking: 4 car parking spaces are provided 2 small inside the garage and 2 in drive way.
Wash your dishes & Kitchen wear
Air conditioners/ Heaters must be turned off when not in the house
Do not move any of the Televisions, cables or furniture around the house (It is heavy you will get hurt)
Cleaning supplies are located under the kitchen sink cabinets.
Do not use too much detergent/ softener on the washer (it is high efficiency)
Leave unused beds made so housekeeping is aware they are clean
Please throw away all opened containers and leave nothing inside the refrigerator
* unopened/unexpired items are ok.
Take out and dispose all trash accordingly
Regular trash BLACK BIN
When leaving during the day please make sure to lock back and front doors.
