Mérite rafraîchissement.

Appartement rustique, pas de fenêtre dans la chambre à coucher. Passage d.avions de ligne à très basse altitude générant dépôts de poussière noire. Dommage car l’appartement est très bien placé. Un gros rafraîchissement serait souhaitable.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un super WE prolongé, l’appartement est idéalement situé en face du spot de surf, la vue est fantastique, l’immeuble est très calme. Il manque juste des places de parking non payantes à proximité et un local pour mettre les planches.

Appart pas très propre à l'arrivée, appart en général moyen, aucune vitre dans les chambres. MAIS vue et terrasse imprenable + emplacement parfait.

Magnifique vue sur la mer -proximité très pratique;

Je pense qu'au prix de la location 740€ la semaine, le parking devrait être compris comme à la résidence Atlanta, juste à côté.Par ailleurs, AUCUNE DEFECTUOSITE ne devrait être constatée.Hors, la cafetière fuit et le café passe très lentement.Une porte de placard au dessus de l'évier à gauche, "tombe systématiquement sur la tête" au risque de blesser la personne qui se trouve prés de l évier.Sinon le reste est parfait. Je précise que l'accueil de l'agence est excellent . Bien Cordialement.

Vétusté de l'appartement

Très déçu par cet appartement, sauf pour son emplacement face à la mer qui pour certain peut représenter un inconvénient compte-tenu du bruit important des vagues nécessitant la fermeture obligatoire de la porte fenêtre pour dormir. Fuite de robinet dans la salle de bain, et inondations connues par le loueur mais pas réparées, robinet de l'évier de cuisine obligé d'être tenu à deux mains pour s'en servir, portes de placard cassées et pendantes, pas d'appareil ménager de cuisine, même pas de four, la toute petite cafetière (appartement réputé pour six, la cafetière est un duo!!!) étant fuyante et obsolète. Seul le propriétaire est satisfait de l'encaissement de sa location.... A déconseiller. Ne devrait pas être loué sauf après travaux par respect pour les vacanciers.

Vue et emplacement parfait. logement pas entretenu et sale

Tout est dit dans le titre. Logement mal équipé, WC qui fuit, mitigeur qui laisse couler l eau jour et nuit, cumulus pour l eau chaude que de 100 litres pour un logement pour 6 = eau froide, baie vitré quasi impossible à ouvrir et très grosse saleté du logement qui n est fait que de façon superficiel à chaque location. Mois après mois cela donne des centimètres de poussière un peu partout. Il faudrait que de temps en temps le propriétaire soit dans l obligation de mettre une société de nettoyage pour remettre d équerre le logement. Les locataires ne peuvent gérer une telle saleté. Sinon oui la vue est belle et les personnes de l agence sont agréables et ont su être réactives

Nous partons d'HENDAYE le coeur lourd, l'emplacement est idéal, l'animation présente de jour comme en soirée, tous les commerces sont à proximité. L'accueil à l'agence CARMEN était sympa et efficace. Nous espérons revenir prochainement.

Appartement propre en correspondance avec le prix demandé, prestation satifaisante mais lit cabines un peu juste pour de grands ados. Penser à préciser dans l'annonce les difficultés de stationnement....ce qui justifie le prix inférieur à 1000 € en pleinr saison.

Equipement réduit au strict minimum (pas de grille-pain, cafetière pour deux personnes, aspirateur cassé, lits très étroits...). La situation,excellente,serait pleinement appréciée dans un environnement rafraîchi !

Bilan du séjour.

Emplacement superbe face à l'océan. logement parfait pour 2 personnes et 2 enfants.ce logement est prévu pour 6 personnes,impossible car le canapé 3 personnes assises.la cafetière prévue pour 2 personnes la literie dans la petite chambre , pour 2 enfants mais pas pour 2 adultes.pour le reste du couchage, impossible vu la taille du canapé et de l'espace dans la pièce. L'appartement n'était pas très propre, c'est dommage.Merci pour votre accueil et à bientôt. Manuel Molina.
