"This hotel staff took care of us when we arrived extremely late at night after crawling 30 miles through the middle of nowhere in our broken rental car. They gave us oatmeal because we hadn’t eaten dinner and the next day they gave us an extremely late checkout while we waited for a tow truck and our third rental car. It turned a nightmare trip into an easier time for my family, and I will always appreciate that. The hotel was comfortable, the breakfast options were great, the coffee options were great, the rooms were quiet and comfortable, I don’t have anything bad to say about our stay!! Their pet fee was only $15 which is the lowest I’ve ever seen and their front desk staff was extremely friendly. They prepared our room for us before we arrived and my stress melted away. Thank you!"

"Location is safe and affordable. We will be staying here again. Key card reader is worn out so you have to slide the card a few times to make it work. There was some grease in the tub that wasn’t cleaned up and the tub had some spots that needed touch up paint, but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. Mattress firmness was a medium. Sheets were clean. No bugs. Friendly staff. Short drive to Sevierville, TN. "
