“I visited my daughter who lives in a tiny place so the place was conveniently located and big enough to be together. I was able to prepare and host dinner for 4 then, one night my girlfriend, from another part of the state, stayed with me and then my daughter stayed with me the following night. This gave us ample room for a cozy comfortable visit. The view of the lake was stunning. The location and seperate entrance was both private and safe feeling. “We were in town visiting my daughter. This location served our puposes and was in a convenient area. The hosts were very accommodating when i had to change my booking from including a pet to not having one as I ended up javing a sitter for him. All in all, i recommend this location for your future travel plans.”

“This was the perfect stay for my husband and I. So close to everything in 12 South. The guesthouse was clean and spacious. The bed was the only negative. It squeaked and creaked. I would recommend replacing the bed frame etc with something smaller. But it was comfortable anyway. Would recommend. 12 South is excellent location for trip to Nashville ”

“I was solo traveling for business to Nashville, and this listing was a 4 min walk to my desired destination. Walkable to Kroger and Mapco gas station, as well as various restaurants and bars. The studio is cozy. I wouldn't try to fit more than 2 people. Neighborhood is nice and there's lots of places to go for walks/jogs. I was traveling with my pup, and this listing accommodates pets for a small fee. Totally worth the money. Would stay here again, and I likely will!”

“This is the perfect listing for a quiet, relaxing stay. The layout of the house boat was perfect. Ice machine, toaster oven, AC, electric fireplace, it was excellent! The kayaks are tied right to the boat and easy to jump on an enjoy the on the lake! The host was very responsive and answered any question I had within just a few minutes. “The apartment was modern and comfortable and the property had excellent amenities. The only thing lacking was a hot tub, but the fire bowl made up for it. This is a great place particularly for young adults. The entry instructions were clear, but we struggled with getting the key fob for the room and using the App for the garage. Fortunately, there were helpful people there who assisted us. We were disappointed to be staying only one night. We would definitely make this property our home base if……
