「Staff is outstanding and very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, but are dated and in need of remodeling. This location is easily accessible from the lake and was a great stay from our trek around the lake. 」

「The physical property needs updating and modernization; we stayed for 1 night and were less than impressed. A/C not working properly; Found a roach crawling on my pillow when I woke up in the middle of the night. Bugs in the bathtub. This hotel needs an overhaul.」

「I booked this hotel back in August 2017 for my stay on Feb.24th. I tried to check in with my confirmation number and they said that they could not find it. I called Expedia and the protocol should have been for the hotel to call me or Expedia to confirm the reservation. I think they ignored my reservation so that they could get travelers who were staying longer. I then had to drive 40 minutes back and forth to find a place to stay for the night.」
