“The hotel is very close to RHS Wisley, which is why we booked it. The staff (Nicholas, in particular) and others were very welcoming and helpful. The inn is historically interesting and the room we had was a four poster and very large. Everything was clean and tidy. There was a kettle, an electric fan and a heater, TV. However, ameneties other than a shower/body wash were lacking. No shower cap or sachets of moisturiser/hand soap provided. The bed was large and OK for one night. We had a meal……

“Very disappointing overall. Upon arrival, the receptionist couldn’t find our booking because it had been accidentally deleted by the reservation team. Thankfully, a helpful manager eventually provided us with a room. The room itself was quite small, with tiny beds and a poor layout. The bathroom had a large, unused empty space, while the main room barely had enough space to place luggage on the floor. There was no fridge, and the decoration was very basic and uninspiring. “It wasn’t good at all, second day I went outside to meet a friend and gave the key back so I won’t lost it. When I came back and asked for the keys, she said we thought you have left already. I said I have booking for one more day. She already booked someone in my room their. What a night mare”

“The room was beautiful, warm and comfortable. The stay itself was pleasantly quiet with no disturbances and the tap water tasted clean. The amenities were clean and easy to use, if this room were my own home, I would be extremwly happy and I would personally stay again.”

“No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled……
