「Absolutely Fantastic Stay – A Real Oasis!
I stayed here last night and had an amazing experience from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a suite, which was a lovely gesture. The receptionist was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming — something that made a big difference after a long journey.

「The amount I was charged at check-in was more than the amount quoted by hotels.com. The receptionist took the initiatives to explain to me it was due to VAT. Although the increased amount was more than 5%, appreciated the way the receptionist communicated with me.
