"I liked it, because it is a new nicely done property, room clean and comfortable. It is not big hotel, but that is what I liked . Little small or no common area that is little tight for the personnel as travelers are not in need to seat around that much. Not sure if there is even a designated office for Hotel Manager what is little awkward if that is the case but SPA area is great and spacious. One Coffee shop is attached to the hotel too. Very close to the old town, and busses for excursions to St Stefan and others. People at front desk very kind and professional. I was allowed to leave my stuff after check in as my flight was late in the day. I would recommend this property to everyone. The prices were fair too. Budva is worth visiting and entire coast."

"Great hotel, location (although not much around in the immediate vicinity and you need a car), outlook, pool and facilities. Only criticism was the limited selection and replenishment at breakfast. Would otherwise highly recommend the Royal Blue Resort."

"It was a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff are very nice and honored any additional requests we had. Me and my son had a premium double room with balcony and it had amazing views of the Bay of Kotor. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and it’s complimentary. Pool in great condition. Gym and Spa are superb. Overall would highly recommend. We will certainly stay here again if we visited Montenegro. "

"Fantastic location just above the Lazure Marina and well worth the balcony upgrade. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds (welcome bottles water / fridge), excellent buffet breakfast and very helpful staff. Easy walk along promenade to the old town. Only here for a weekend but would return and choose the same hotel."

"The hotel itself was a very nice stay overall, it was clean and most of the staff was very friendly. The first night our AC was not working and they fixed it the next day. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Pool was beautiful on the rooftop with a stunning view of the city. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to old town and 8 minute drive. Be careful of taxi drivers overcharging or claiming there is a night time tax fee. Try to get the hotel to arrange any taxi drives for the most reasonable price. Overall had a lovely time at this hotel and in Montenegro!"
