The hostess was very responsive to my questions and requests, including an early check-in. It's located minutes from the historic shopping/dining district so walking is easy. It's also close to a grocery shopping center with a great frozen yogurt place. I would happily stay here again.”

“I really enjoyed my stay on the boat. Quiet, serene with ducks, geese and other birds to listen to. Finding it was easy as the host had very specific directions and descriptions. I liked being able to use the dock showers as boat shower are always too small. There's even a sitting area above with various gardens to relax at. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Unit itself was great for pets, and host was very gracious about having a furry guest! Dog bowls, towels, and treats were also provided. Place was clean and super comfortable. Only minor downside is that the neighborhood is not very walkable beyond Ash street, stuck in between two main thoroughfares with not much shoulder/sidewalk/trail space. But just a short 5-10 min drive into downtown Mill Valley! (Also great Wi-Fi speeds!)”

“This was the perfect little stay while we toured the town and nearby college. We had our two teenage daughters with us and the cottage was a perfect, cozy fit. Absolutely beautiful setting, and we loved the personal touches. VHS videos were a big hit! We even got early check-in, which was greatly appreciated for us weary travelers from Alaska.”

“The property owner didn’t sent the details of how to get into the location as mentioned which should’ve been 24 hours ahead of time. Once we checked in the location was ok besides tons of spider webs on the outside. The location had a smell in there once arriving air fresheners could have helped. The shower door in the master bath continued to be off track which caused me and my friend to be stuck in the shower. There were no bath rugs weren’t there.
