Excellent communication

The home was super equipped and clean with a lot of space on 3 floors. Besides a sauna there is a hammock, the kids liked the most. The location is central, close to shopping, beach and forrest. The communication was super easy and the owner gave a lot of tips for the surrounding.

Wir würden mehrfach zur Bewertung aufgefordert, also gut.Hausmeister Krause bietet einen sehr freundlichen Empfang und ist immer HilfsbereitDer Kontakt zum Vermieter ist vor und während der Buchung klasse.Die Lage im Ort ist idealDie Küche ist zweckmâśig eingerichtet.Aber..Die Betten sind sehr durchgelegen und fleckig.Die Sessel im Wohnzimmer sind viel zu niedrig (30cm Sitzhöhe) und genau wie das durchgesessene Sofa unbequem.Die Esstischstühle sind viel zu groß für den Platz, der zur Verfügung.stehtDie Aussicht nach vorne und hinten (Terasse) bietet nur HauswändeIm ganzen Haus sind Duftstäbchen und Duftautomaten verteilt die einen penetrantern Geruch liefern.Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz ist abenteuerlich schmal max 230 zwischen Hecken und Mülltonen.Werden wir wieder nach Bansin fahren? Ja, aber nicht in dieses Objekt. Schon die exakt, gleichen Nachbargebäude zeigen, dass mit einer angemessenen, neueren Möbilierung, viel mehr Komfort bieten kann.Wir sind froh, nicht einen kompletten Regentag gehabt zu haben. Wir hâtten ihn nicht im Haus verbringen wollen.

Einfach alles da, was man für eine gute Erholung braucht. Auch das WLAN ist stabil mit hoher Rate. Mit dem Windschutz vom Vermieter ist der Standaufenthalt bei Wind und 21 Grad kein Problem. Das Wasser im August ist wunderbar und nicht zu kalt.

Empfehlenswert !!!

Die Kommunikation mit den Ferienhausbesitzern lief prima. Sie waren sehr nett und haben sich im Vorfeld um unsere Kurkarten gekümmert. Kurz vor unserer Anreise gab es eine genaue Wegbeschreibung, die Hausordnung und nochmals die Info, wie wir an die Schlüssel kommen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und gut mit allem, was man so braucht, ausgestattet. Wie versprochen, muss man nur ein Stück die Seestraße hoch laufen und ist direkt am Strand. In angrenzender Umgebung gibt es viele verschiedene Restaurants, tolle Eisläden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Ferienhaus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Schöne Unterkunft mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und kleiner Terasse. Ein Windfang für den Strand stand zur Verfügung. Der Vermieter kümmert sich schon vor der Anreise sehr gut um seine Mieter.

Kurzurlaub

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und haben viel Zeit auf den Seebrücken von Usedom verbracht. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und bot alles was man benötigt. Das schönste für das Kind die Hängematte an der Decke im Obergeschoss. Da die Wohnung zentral in Bansin liegt, sind die Wege zum Strand, zum Bäcker und den kulinarischen Gegebenheiten kurz. Der Vermieter konnte jederzeit erreicht werden und schnell reagiert. (Buchung, Ankunft, Bereitstellung Kurkarten). Wir sagen Danke.

Alles perfekt

Ich habe noch nie erlebt, dass ein Gastgeber mit mir Kontakt aufnimmt nach der Buchung und mir tolle Insidertipps gibt zur Umgebung und für Unternehmungen. Fand ich großartig und das setzte sich auch im Ferienhaus fort:an ganz viele Kleinigkeiten würde gedacht im Haus und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Gemütlich und freundlich, komfortabel und auch sehr ruhig. Perfekte Lage: alles nur wenige Schritte entfernt, das Einkaufen und das Meer. Zum Bus auch nur ein paar Meter und den kann man mit den Kurkarten kostenlos benutzen. Alles in allem perfekt!

Top Ferienhaus

Wir erlebten mit unseren Freunden zu fünft einen wunderschönen Jahreswechsel. Das Ferienhaus hat eine super Lage in Bansin: Gaststätten, Einkaufen, Ostsee - alles leicht erreichbar. Das Haus ist mit allem, was da Herz begehrt, ausgestattet - sogar eine Infrarot-Kabine gibt es. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ein Mini-Problem mit der Duscharmatur wurde sofort behoben. Der Vermieter hat uns bereits im Vorfeld telefonisch kontaktiert und uns viele Tips gegeben. Vielen Dank für Alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus! Es hat Alles gepasst.

Es ist ein tolles Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmer. In dem Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist Tip Top und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war Super. Wir haben vor der Anreise telefoniert und haben viele tolle Informationen bekommen. Die Lage in Bansin ist sehr gut. Einkaufen, Essen gehen und die Bushaltestelle ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Unsere E-Bikes konnten wir sicher auf der Terrasse abstellen. Wir werden dieses Haus definitiv wieder buchen. Vielen Dank nochmals an die sehr netten Vermieter.

Usedom kennenlernen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, einen kleinen Einblick in die Kaiserbäder und Swinemünde bekommen. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants und Strand sehr nah, da konnten wir das Auto stehen lassen.

3-Generationen-Kurzurlaub

War alles sauber, super organisiert und hat uns gut gefallen. Das Häuschen ist ein Reihenhaus mit 5 anderen in einer verkehrsberuhigten Gasse. Klein aber sympathisch und zweckmäßig.

Erholsame Tage an der Ostsee

Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöneerholsamen Tage in Bansin. Ich gebe zu, ich war sehr überrascht, was in so ein schmales Haus alles rein passt. Es war alles vorhanden und die Wege zu Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurant...und zum Meer dauerten unter 5 Minuten. Perfekte Lage! Und falls es am Meer zu windig ist, kann man es sich auf der sonnigen, windgeschützten Terrasse gut gehen lassen.

Super Kurzurlaub in Familienfreundlichem Ferienhaus

Wir konnten unseren Kurzurlaub in Bansin sehr genießen. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr zentral, kurze Wege zu Rewe und zum Strand. Im Ferienhaus alles vorhanden, sehr Familienfreundlich. Baumkronenpfad in Heringsdorf einen Ausflug wert (mit Aussichtsturm und super Blick über die Insel). Mit der Kurkarte kann man kostenlos mit dem Bus hinfahren (fährt jeder halbe Stunde).

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Unterkunft genau wie beschrieben-alles vorhanden was man braucht-wunderbar für einige Tage. Sehr angenehme und zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Entspannte An- und Abreise. Tolle Lage, schnell zu Fuß zum Strand. Viele Eisläden zur Freude der Kinder. Enge Einfahrt, aber machbar und dafür eigener Parkplatz sehr praktisch. Wenn wieder Bansin, dann auch gerne wieder in dieser Unterkunft!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Es ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit nicht zu viel maritimer Dekoration. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut mit allem, was man so benötigen könnte, ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich versuchen, es wieder zu mieten. Außerdem ist die hervorragende Kommuikation mit dem Vermieter hervorzuheben.
