不滿：整潔度
I had stayed at this hotel every couple of months since June 2025, after my kiddo moved to Slippery Rock. The first couple of times, everything was perfect. I loved the staff, the grounds and the room. In October after leaving, I was charged $20 for a dirty towel. It was a bogus charge, because my daughter and I don't wear makeup and we don't have colored hair or anything, but they sent a picture of a towel that was red. I am reading this seems to be a new issue at this hotel as of late. I chose to book the room again December 26-28, first issue is that there would be no breakfast in the morning. After a few hours of being in the room, we discovered bed bugs. They offered a different room (no thanks)!! Found a hotel at 9 PM in Grove City, thankfully, but still waiting for my refund. Was given a card to call the manager, but why should I call them? Dissappinted to say the least, as now when visiting my kid, I'll have to stay about 15-20 out.
