「We just needed a stopover on our way through Austria, and chose this one mainly due to the price. It said 24 hours reception, so we had no problem in arriving at 1am. 「If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...
