“Overall good experience but this hotel is right in busy highway 101, so not quiet at all. The “clubhouse” located right below unit 1 and 2 is open 24 hours with a pol table, in addition to the sound of traffic we experienced the sound of a group of boys yelling, laughing and playing pool at 2-3 am. While the unit was as described with a good view the traffic and noise were not great.”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “They never gave toilet paper, clean towels or sheets. There were bugs in the room, it was never addressed after I told them 2x. They took out a 100.00 deposit without letting me know ahead of time. I believe that it was done twice with only 90.00 of it returned. If I were Expedia I would not recommend them. The only thing good was the parking. I will not go there again. Staff what Staff. I had to boil my clothes so as not bring home the bugs. The air conditioning was loud. Only good thing was……

“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”
