Great place that was just like home

We stay in a lot of homes, and this kitchen was so inclusive. Multiple coffee makers - every pot & pan you could ever need, and glassware, plates, and utensils were very nicely stocked. Pool was fabulous after long days, and salt water made it even better. Easy walking to multiple restaurants and things to do. I completely recommend this place.

Great even without Hersey Park

Thank you Heather and family for the great cottage! It has everything you need. The pool was awesome! We even left the park early to just swim in the pool. Have to return without visiting Hersey Park.

We loved staying here! Property manager super helpful with a hiccup when we checked in, after this smooth sailing. Great parking, great pool, just overall a perfect experience. Our family loved it here. We def plan on returning!

Family Hersheypark vacation

The Cocoa Cottage was above and beyond what my family and I ever expected!! The house is amazing! Clean, so cute, great layout, perfect location but most of all the pool was incredible!!!!! The owner has the home stocked with all necessities, very detailed instructions regarding check in/check out, trash, etc. A cute handy pamphlet with extra info about nearby restaurants and areas to check out. This was by far the best house rental I’ve booked and can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!!

Charming Hershey Cottage

Cocoa Cottage was meticulously clean and well stocked with every amenity you could think of. The location was in walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed the spacious deck and well appointed rooms. We were wishing it was summer so we could have enjoyed the beautiful pool. Our hostess was attentive in communication. We will be back!

Cozy Cottage

We love visiting Hershey PA and will make the Cocoa Cottage our first choice of accommodation for our next trip. The home has all the special touches that make it welcoming. The kitchen is spacious, the beds are comfy, the sofas are cozy, and the location is ideal.

The location was amazing. In walking distance to excellent restaurants. The house was well stocked and very clean. Comfortable beds. We all loved relaxing in the pool after long days walking around Hershey park. We would stay here again!

A very clean and inviting home that was within walking distances of good restaurants. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a warm day at Hershey Park. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary dishes and utensils. We had a great 5 day vacation!

House was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. The host was quick to communicate when we had any questions. The only minor things that could be improved are updating the power outlets and mattresses. We struggled to use a lot of the power outlets (plug would not stay in properly, outlet wouldn’t charge devices properly), so I would suggest updating those. Also, a couple of the mattresses were very lumpy and uncomfortable, so I would suggest updating those for a more pleasant stay for future guests. Other than those minor things, we really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent home for families or groups!

With 3 bedrooms and a pool, this is the perfect house for people to gather and relax after enjoying some fun in Hershey! We couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location - there are numerous restaurants within steps from the back gate, and it was only a quick drive to the spa and the chocolate factory. We had everything we needed and hope to be back next year!!!

My grandchildren enjoyed the pool. The cottage was well equipped and tastefully decorated. My wife was very pleased with the entire rental property, and I would like to add, she is not easy to please!

Slice of sweetness

This cottage was great! Very cool neighborhood across the street from a couple of restaurants in downtown Hershey and the park… on Saturday night when we check in there was a concert on the common. We got dropped off at the park and we’re able to exit through the zoo and was able to walk home! It was great. Pool was perfect too!

Incredible home away from home

This was our first stay in Hershey and I am so thankful I found this listing. It was the perfect place to call home each night after our adventures all day. We had a couple issues with the pool filter not turning on but Heather was prompt with replies and sending help to fix it. The house is exactly as pictured. Absolutely gorgeous. If you choose to visit over July 4th... You can watch the fireworks from the pool!

Loved Charming Cocoa Cottage!

Our group of 8 women all agreed that Cocoa Cottage was the perfect spot for our annual girls getaway. There are thoughtful touches and supplies throughout the house and all beds including the sofa were comfortable. The location is a short car ride to Hershey Gardens & Chocolate World. It is also an easy walk to the Hershey Story Museum and many restaurants. The area feels quaint & safe. Host Heather was great with questions before our stay & responded quickly when I contacted once her during our stay. The pool was open and looked very inviting but water was still a little too cold for our April stay. However we did enjoy chatting into the evening on the big front porch and eating our pizza’s under the two umbrellas on the back deck. I highly recommend Cocoa Cottage and would definitely return.

30th birthday

We stayed here for a 30th birthday celebration. Everything was great. The pool was perfect and you can’t beat the location. Heather was very welcoming and dealt with a minor issue immediately. I highly recommend.

VERY PLEASANT STAY

We were impressed with all aspects of the house and pool. Very well stocked with kitchen, bath and pool essentials. The house is so close to downtown Hershey, the park, chocolate factory and other outdoor activities. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to explore all that Hersey has to offer.

Hershey/Post Malone/Jelly Roll

This house sits on a quiet street lined with the cutest homes. Front porch sitting, hardwood floors, original home character, a beautiful kitchen, the most comfortable couches ever, and a covered back porch overlooking the pool with a view of downtown Hershey and rollercoasters. I love this home. It was immaculently clean. You can hear music from Hersheypark Stadium. A short 9 min car ride gets you to hersheyworld and hersheypark stadium. Will definitley be back ! #PostMalone/Jelly Roll Best crepes ever from Au Bon Lieu French Crepery! Just walk out the back yard, cross the alley and boom. Best crepes ever!
