「The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...

「Liked this property and location it fit our needs perfectly. It was a little smokey when we arrived. I think the chimney needs to be cleaned. When we used the fireplace we had an issue with smoke and the flute was open. Other than that is was a wonderful place to stay. The shower is large and the waster pressure is fantastic.
