「Very friendly, welcoming and helpful owners and staff. A great breakfast too」

「Staff were amazing, great location. Food/ breakfast was outstanding Stayed in the signature room, very comfortable.」

「A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.」

「The location & views can not be beat. It was a 7 min walk into Fowey Town Center from the hotel. The breakfast was good. The views from the bar & restaurant are stunning. We also booked a corner room with a wonderful view. 「Helpful staff.」

「Room was bigger than normal, clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was OK.」

「Swimming pool is great」

「Room comfortable Booked 2 rooms but were placed in different floors Food in restaurant not good too salty and expensive 」

「Good promo prices, we were on the way to somewhere else and it was a 1 night stop. Everything was ok.」
