「The room was clean and hotel staff was absolutely great! We had a reservation, but they had us on an upper floor room and we asked to be moved to a 1st floor room if available, the young lady working the desk had absolutely no problem checking and moving us. She did it without hesitation and attitude. We appreciated their kindness and accommodating attitude. Thank you 」
