“Great improvement over Ramada”

“I travel a lot for business and this was an extremely clean property. I was hesitant, as in the past Red Roof Inns were not a place I would stay. This is an exception to the rule. The front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating. The room was very clean, smelled good, and had a comfortable bed and great AC. I would stay again.”

“The public areas needed a good cleaning. Rhee was what appeared to be a blood smear on the hallway wall upstairs. When I mentioned it I was told “ I’m only a desk clerk”. The breakfast was weak at best. The room was clean. They allowed us to use a small business room to have pizza in with our dogs. There were people outside smoking “skunk weed”. But for the price I guess that’s what you get.”

“Went to Hickory for a family event. This was the perfect place to stay. The pool and backyard were relaxing. Charlene and her family were incredible hosts.”

“The back of the tv is real dusty with rag hair the bath room vent has cake up dust the ac/heat unit has a lot of dust n dog hair inside the emergency dead bolt don’t work the door is hard to open n close”

“Hotel staff was very attentive and caring. Room was clean and the coffee was good. One of the better hotels in the area. Will stay again.”

“The room was extremely large and very quiet. Bathroom was nice and clean. Issues? Yes, two chicken McNuggets were left on the floor just under the bed but VERY easily seen. Yes, you read this right. The couch had a nice stain on the side towards the window, and it looked very fresh. Not a problem for the night since I did not use the couch. With the two McNuggets that were left for me and the stained couch, I don't think the room was a clean as it may have appeared.”

“It was a nice hotel for our overnight stay. Only complaint is that the breakfast was not taken care of. The waffle machine didn’t work, and there was no staff to replenish the food dishes. Food ran out by 8am. Otherwise fine”
