A good stay can be ruined by unimaginative people who behave loud after 10 PM. Such were my neighbours at my floor last night. The property was amazing. We really were taken care of by the staff during our one night stay. I wish we would have stayed a couple more nights to enjoy the onsen which was very relaxing, especially having our own tub in our room to even further enjoy the relaxing experience.
