"We had a wonderful stay at Paul's rental (West Suite). Fantastic location with ocean view and quick walk to the ocean. Sparkling clean and spacious pool/hot tub setup with chaise lounges, table, floaties, etc. High quality and very comfortable furnishings. Just a great place to hang out and relax. Paul was easy to reach and provided all the information we needed for our stay. We enjoyed staying on a street that is almost all single family homes - quieter than a condo or hotel setup, and never an issue to park out front. Highest recommendation."

"We had a great stay. The rooms/beds are perfect for families looking to send time together, but also have space. Sunset views were fantastic. Pool is a huge bonus. Safeway is the spot to stop for food, and CVS right down the road for anything you forgot. Kitchen has everything you could ever need. There was 8 of us including 4 children and it never felt crowded at all. The development community is well maintained and gated security makes it feel even that much safer. Neighborhood is perfect for walking around."
