This Charming 126-year-old cottage is a historic home in High Springs.
She is nestled into a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities you and your family will need for a fun and easy vacation in this quaint and fun little town.
The main bedroom has a queen bed and opens into the dining area and the large bathroom. The second bedroom has a single and a double bed and opens to the living room, which has a sectional, two comfy chairs, and a 55"- SmartTV.
The very private, fully fenced-in backyard features an outdoor living area with comfy furniture, a gas fireplace, a BBQ grill, and dining for 5. The beautifully landscaped yard also boasts a two-hole putting green and is the perfect place for your four-legged family member to have some unsupervised space to explore.
You can stroll into town to visit the farmers market, antique shops, restaurants, and brewery. Then, you can relax in the beautiful backyard or screened-in porch and play a board game with your kids.
Whatever your desire, The Historic Springs Cottage will give you what you need on your country town holiday.

Charming old (circa 1899) cottage in the heart of High Springs, it was the ideal place to stay while visiting family. We made good use of the outdoor grille, the gas fire pit and even the mini putt golf green. The teenagers enjoyed the 2 big screens for video gaming.

Cute cottage!
We rented the cottage so we could be near the springs. We visited several of the beautiful springs and just loved the experience. We enjoyed everything about the cottage. Shawn really seems to go out of his way to make sure everything goes well. The cottage has everything you might need and is beautifully decorated. We loved it and recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay at the Cozy Retreat. It was perfectly located for all we needed and wanted to do. We Kayaked down the Itchetucknee River and spring hopped to 6 springs. My children and Nephew had a wonderful time. They really enjoyed the putt putt in the back yard. It had everything we needed. Thank you so much!

Cottage getaway for spring break
Amazing place! Loved the decor and the backyard was even better than depicted in the pictures. Easy to find and close to the quant, sweet town of high springs. We visit this area regularly and Will DEFINITELY be staying again. So happy we started off our spring break with such a nice place making fun memories with our kids

Clean, quaint, and convenient
We were looking for a convenient place to stay while we were diving @ Ginnie Springs, and this house really fit the bill. Original painted floor in the foyer and retro-styled new appliances in the fully-equipped kitchen added to the charm. Just a short walk to downtown restaurants and easy access to SR340 to Ginnie Springs. Shawn is a great host, very attentive to our needs which were few because the house is so well-equipped. We will definitely stay here next time we're in High Springs!
