Welcome to your private en-suite double room in our newly built detached family home off Daws Hill Lane.

This is a private room in a hosted family home, not a whole property. A host greets you at the shared front entrance on arrival. There are no keys or codes for short stays. For longer stays, a door code may be provided by agreement. Access times still apply: no access 9am to 5pm unless agreed in advance. Your room is on the second floor, which is used only by guests.

It’s close to M40 Junction 4, with High Wycombe town centre and Bucks New University a 10-minute drive away. There’s a Morrisons Daily within the estate (10-minute walk).

Your room has a double bed with a coil-sprung mattress, a study desk and chair, bedside tables, chest of drawers and private en-suite bathroom. Kettle, hairdryer, linen and towels are included, plus a shared guest fridge and microwave with complimentary tea and coffee.

This is a self contained room/floor and most guests stay the evenings and nights and work during the day. Favourite with business travellers and contractors. Please note there is no separate access to dining area, living room or kitchen.
